Ranchi University invited applications from eligible candidates for filling the following post:

Post (पद): Assistant Librarian

Essential Qualification and Experience (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता और अनुभव):

As required for Assistant Librarian under BCVUGC Regulation i.e. Regulation 2018 as adopted by the Department of Higher and Technical Education (H.T.E) Govt. of Jharkhand read with the relevant BCI norms. (details at R.U website). 

Pay (वेतनमान): As per BCI/UGC norms i.e. Rs. 57,700/ (Rupees fitly-seven thousand seven hundred) only consolidated p.m. (minimum basic pay applicable under the 7th Pay commission for the post of Assistant Professor governing contractual appointment.

Age Limit (आयु): As per BCI norms.

Last Date (अंतिम तारीख): 16.06.2026
