Essential Qualification and Experience (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता और अनुà¤à¤µ):
(i) Degree in Library Science/ Information Science from
a recognized University
(ii) Experience in Library Automation and Administration
Experience:-
(i) Five years’ service as Assistant Librarian in a
recognized Institution in the grade pay of ₹4,200/- or
equivalent.
(ii) Experience in Library Administration.
Desirable:-
(i) M. Phil/Ph. D in Library Science/Information Science
and Documentation.
(ii) Computer: Degree/Diploma/Knowledge
Pay (वेतनमान): For Deputation Post:
Pay Level - 07 of the 7th CPC pay matrix
For Contract Post:
Fixed Monthly Consolidated Remuneration of ₹ 70,942/-*
Age Limit (आयु):Not exceeding 56 years on Deputation basis
Not exceeding 35 years on Contract basis
