Age(आयु): Not exceeding 27 years (As on the last date of the Application).

Pay (वेतनमान): Rs. 20,000/- consolidated

ii) Comparable experience in research establishment and/ or other institutions of higher education, or

ii) Experience of working in E·Office system.

iii) A Chartered or Cost Accountant degree or diploma for the post of Deputy Registrar (Finance ft Accounts) or Deputy Registrar (Internal Audit)

Maharaja Bir Bikram University, Agartala invites online applications to admission the following regular programmes of study for the Academic Session 2020-21.

Programme (कार्यक्रम): Ph.D. in Library and Information Science

Eligibility Criteria (पात्रता मापदंड):

A person who has successfully obtained Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science (3+l+l or 3+2 pattem) with at-least 55% marks in aggregate (for General candidates) or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 10 Points scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from an UGC recognized Indian University is eligible to apply for Ph. D. programme in the Department of Library and Information Science. However, a relaxation of 5% marks from 55% may be allowed for SC/ST/ Diferently abled candidates and also for those candidates, who have obtained their Master's Degree in Library and Information Science prior to 19th September, 1991.
