Bachelor of Library & Information Science (BLISc) from a recognized Indian University/Institute and passed out after 1 st January 2021.  
Desirable Qualification: Computer proficiency will be given preference.
Pay (वेतनमान): Consolidated stipend of Rs. 14,000/- per month with no additional perk.

 i. Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science/ Documentation Science with at least 55% of marks
or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
ii. At least 10 years as a Librarian at any level in a University Library or Ten (10) years of teaching as an
Assistant / Associate Professor in Library Science or ten years’ experience as a College Librarian.
iii. Evidence of innovative Library services, including the integration of ICT in a Library.
iv. A Ph.D degree in Library Science / information science /Documentation/ archives and manuscript keeping.
Age Limit (आयु): The upper age limit is 55 years as on 01/01/2026.
Pay (वेतनमान): Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200

How To Apply: 
Candidates should printout the completed online application form alongwith self-certified necessary enclosures and post the same to “The Registrar, Sri Sri Aniruddhadeva Sports University, 2nd floor, DICC Building, Dibrugarh, Assam – 786003”. The envelop containing the application form should reach the University on or before 07/02/2026. The envelop containing the application form should have inscribed “Application for the post of …………………………”. No application will be entertained after the last date.
