Essential Qualification and Experience (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता और अनुभव):

Graduation with post graduate diploma in Library Science or Bachelor or Master's degree in Library Science.
Candidates must be having experience of 3 (Three) years as Library Attendant or on higher post in the related field in any reputed organization including public institution.
Final Merit List shall be drawn on the basis of marks obtained in the written test.
Recruitment based on competitive examination as per Schedule-IV (Part-G) of the “R&P Rules, 2015 r/w 20th & 28th Amendment of the R&P Rules, 2015 ibid.”

Pay (वेतनमान): Pay Level 09 i.e., Rs. 35,600/1,12,800/- of the pay Matrix

Essential Qualification and Experience (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता और अनुभव):

i. Bachelor of Library and Information Science or its equivalents Degree from a University recognized by the Government.

ii. Preferably Degree in Law.

iii. Besides prescribed qualification, a candidate must possess a certificate regarding basic knowledge of computer as prescribed by the State Government from time to time.

iv. Sufficient Knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi Language.

B. Experience Required:

Candidate must have 02 years experience of working in any well organized Library after obtaining degree.

Age(आयु): i. A Candidate applying to the said post, shall not be less than 21 years and not more than 37 years of age, as on the last date for submitting Online Application.

Pay (वेतनमान): Pay Matrix of ₹ 25,500-81,100/- plus usual allowances
