Educational Qualification( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) & Experience(अनुभव): 
Candidates must have Bachelor of Library & Information Science (BLISc) from a recognized university/ institute and passed out after January, 2016. Candidates with MLISc degree having BLISc, the year of passing BLISc will be considered. Candidates not fulfilling the essential qualification will not be considered. 
Desirable( वांछनीय योग्यता ): Science graduates with computer proficiency will be given preference.  
Pay( वेतन ):   Consolidated stipend of ₹12,000/- per month with no additional perk.
