Applications are invited to fill up the vacancies of Assistant Librarian post at Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya(U.P)

Post (पद): Assistant Librarian

Essential Qualification (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता):

1i) A Master's Degree in Library science, information science or documentation science or an equivalent professional degree, with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed)
ii) A consistently good academic record, with knowledge of computerization of a library.
iii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum standards and procedure for award of M.Phil./Ph.D. degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 & their amendments from time to time as the case may be.
Pay(वेतन):  Fixed Honorarium Rs. 50,000/-(With C.P.F)

How to apply(आवेदन कैसे करें): 
1. The applications can be sent in both modes i.e. online or offline. Online applications can be submitted on university website only.The hardcopy of the application need not be sent. The application fees (Rs. 1000/= for UR/OBC and Rs. 500 for SC/ ST) has to be submitted online using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking facility.


2. In offline mode the prescribed application form can be downloaded from the university website and can be submitted with a demand draft of Rs. 1000/- for UR/OBC and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST candidates as application fee drawn in favour of "Finance Officer, Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya " payble at Ayodhya with the application form. Application fee once paid shall not be refunded.

3.Application should be sent to the Registrar, Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya–224001,U.P. through Registered/Speed Post on or before 06.12.2019 Incomplete applications and applications received after last date will not be considered and will be rejected

4.Two self addressed envelopes must be annexed with the application form.

5.Applicants must send self-attested copies of certificates and mark-sheets from matriculation (10th Standard) onwards in support of their qualifications and reprints of publications and certificates in support of their academic achievements, failling which their candidature stands cancelled.
