Post (पद): Senior Project Associate
No of posts (रिक्तियों की संख्या): 01 (One) Essential Qualification (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता):
(i) Candidate must have First Class Masters in Library & Information Science (M.L.IS.c) or equivalent degree from a recognized university with consistent good academic record.
(ii) Should have valid score of UGC NET/JRF.
(iii) Two to three years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing and managing special collections, creating digital repository and management of entire range of Life Cycle of Digital Library Materials.
(iii) Candidates having expertise in using hardware infrastructure, including scanners & OCRS and open source software tools (e.g DSpace, Greenstone) in creating and managing digital content will be preferred.
(iv) Expertise in writing annotations and abstracts will be an added advantage.
Desirable (वांछनीय आवश्यकता):
(i) Post Graduate Diploma in Library Automation & Networking.
(ii) Certificate Course in Archives & Special Collection.
(iii) Some managerial skills.
(iv) Basic knowledge of Sanskrit and Mathematics.
(v) Good written and oral communication skills.
Pay (वेतनमान): Rs 50,000–60,000 Per Month (Consolidated)
Age (आयु): Not more than 35 years
