Qualification (शैक्षिक आवश्यकता):

(i) Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with CGPA of 6.5 in 10-point scale or at least 60% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and consistently good academic record with superior knowledge of computerized library service.
(ii) At least five years of experience in the library of a Technical / Scientific Institute or University, Educational Institute of National Importance, or any other large Technical / Scientific library. Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work. 

Desirable (वांछनीय): PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking (PGDLAN), PGDCA, PGDLIM or equivalent. Proficiency in using ICT tools like content management systems, automation, digital library, plagiarism detection, and e-Resource Management tools.
Age Limit ( आयु सीमा ): Age not exceeding 45 years (Includes admissible age relaxation of 10 years for PWD Category). Additional age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST Candidates (PWD) and additional age relaxation of 3 years for OBC Candidates (PWD) will be considered as per the Government of India norms.

Pay( वेतन ): ₹ 30,000 -35,000/- per month
