Essential Qualification and Experience  (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता और अनुभव):

a)Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or Library & Information

Science or a recognized University or Institute;

b)Two years professional experience in a Library under Central Government or State Government or Autonomous or Statutory organization or Public Sector Undertaking or University or Recognized Research or Educational Institution.

Desirable: Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University or Institute.

Age(आयु):  Not exceeding 30 years. (Relaxble for Government Servants up to five (5) years in accordance with the Instructions or orders issued by the Central Government).

Pay (वेतनमान): Level-6 in the pay matrix (35400-112400)
