Post (पद): Assistant Librarian

Essential Qualification and Experience (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता और अनुà¤à¤µ):
i. A Master's Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from recognized
University/Deemed University with minimum of 55% marks.
ii. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Library under Central /State Government /
Autonomous or Statutory organization /University or Recognized Research or Educational
Institution including working experience of SOUL or similar Library Software.
iii. The candidate must not be more than 35 years of age.
Age(आयु): For employees of Central and State Government and Autonomous Bodies and Universities
age relaxation of 5 years is applicable in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by
the Central Government. A candidate claiming to belong to the category of Central/State
Government servant and thus seeking age relaxation would be required to produce a
Certificate issued after the date of advertisement from his/her Employer on the Office letter
head to the effect that he/she is a regularly appointed Central /State Government Servant and
not on casual/adhoc/daily wages/hourly paid/contract basis employee
Pay (वेतनमान): Pay Scale of (9300-34800 plus GP 4200)
