AIIMS, Guwahati  invited online applications for filling up the following posts:

Post (पद): Librarian Grade-I

Essential Qualification and Experience  (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता और अनुभव):

Officers under the Central/State/UT Governments/Universities/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations 

i) Holding analogous on regular basis.

Or

ii) With 3 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4200/ - in the relevant field and possessing the following qualification:

i) Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or Library and Information Service from a recognized University/Institute.

Or

B.Sc. Degree or equivalent from a recognized University and Bachelor Degree or Post -Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Library Science from a recognized University or Institute.

And

ii) 5 years’ experience in a Library of repute.

iii) Ability to use computers -Hands on experience in office application, spread sheets and presentations.

Desirable: Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University or Institute.

Pay (वेतनमान): Level -7 as per 7th CPC (Rs. 44900 - 142400)

Last Date (आवेदन की अंतिम तारीख): The last date for submission of application through proper channel will be 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement in Employment News.
