Educational Qualification( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ):
(1) Master’s degree in Library & Information Science.
(2) Ph.D. will be an added advantage.

Experience(अनुभव):
(1) Must have 10 to 15 yrs. of experience as a librarian in an educational institution of repute.
(2) Experience of working on a Library management software which are contemporary.
(3) Experience in Library, Security access surveillance systems.
(4) Good exposure to Digital Library / Library automation systems.
