Educational Qualification( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) 

i) A Master Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or equivalent Professional degree with at least 55% of the marks (OR and equivalent grade in point scale wherever grading system is followed) and consistent good academic record with knowledge of Library.

ii) However, candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the University Grant Commission (Minimum Standard and procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree Regulation 2009), shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET / SLET / SET for recruitment and appointment of University Assistant Librarian / College Librarian

Pay( वेतन ):PB-3 ₹5,600 - 39,100  AGP - ₹6,000 (6th Pay)
