Post (पद): Professional Assistant

No of posts( रिक्तियों की संख्या ): 1 (One) 

Essential (अनिवार्य आवश्यकता):

(i) Master's Degree in Library & Information Science from any recognised University / Institution with one year experience in the relevant field in a University/Research establishment / Central / State Govt. / PSU and Library of other autonomous Institutions. 

OR 

Bachelor's Degree in Library / Library and Information Science from any recognized Institute/ University with three years experience in the relevant field in a University / Research Establishment / Central / State Govt. / PSU and Library of other autonomous Institutions.
(ii) Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Desirable (वांछनीय आवश्यकता):

PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA or equivalent.

Pay( वेतन ): Pay Matrix Level-6 (7th CPC)
Age Limit ( आयु सीमा ): 35 Years  

Post (पद): Library Assistant
No of posts( रिक्तियों की संख्या ): 1 (One) 
Essential (अनिवार्य आवश्यकता):

Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science (B.Lib) 

OR 

10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized board and Diploma / Certificate course in Library Science from a recognised institution with at least two years experience in the relevant field.

Desirable (वांछनीय आवश्यकता):

(i) Basic knowledge of computer application.
(ii) Typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi or bilingual on computer
(iii) Know ledge of Sanskrit

Pay( वेतन ): Pay Matrix Level-3 (7th CPC)
Age Limit ( आयु सीमा ): 35 Years  

Post (पद): Library Attendant

No of posts( रिक्तियों की संख्या ): 2 (Two) 
Essential (अनिवार्य आवश्यकता):

(i) 10th from a recognized board.
(ii) Certificate course in Library Science from a recognised institution.

Desirable (वांछनीय आवश्यकता):

(i) Two years of experience in a university/ college/educational institutional library.
(ii) Basic knowledge of computer application.
