Applications are invited in prescribed format from eligible candidates for appointment to the following statutory posts in the University.

Qualifications and Experience (शैक्षिक आवश्यकता और अनुभव):

(i) A Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC seven point scale and consistently good academic record set out in UGC Regulations, 2010. 
(ii) At least thirteen years as a Deputy Librarian in a University Library or eighteen years experience as a College Librarian. 
(iii) Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work. 
(iv) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), set out in Table-VII of Appendix-III of UGC Regulations, 2010 as amended by UGC 4th Amendment Regulations, 2016 (Available on UGC's Website www.ugc.ac.in).

Desirable Qualification (वांछनीय शैक्षिक आवश्यकता):

A M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree in library science/information science/documentation/ achieves and manuscript – keeping.  
Pay( वेतन ): ₹37400-67000/- A.G.P.-₹10000/-
