Essential Qualification and Experience  (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता और अनुभव):

(i) Holding analogous posts  

OR 

(ii) Having 05 Years service as Library and Information Officer in pay level11 (Grade Pay Rs.6600 as per 6th CPC) in the Library Cadre of Government / PSU/Universities/Academic and Research Institution / Autonomous Organization. 

Age(आयु): Maximum 56 years as on 01-07-2026 

Pay (वेतनमान): Level -12 (Rs78,800-209,200)(PB 03 as per 6th CPC Grade Pay 7600)
