Essential Qualification (अनिवार्य शैक्षिक आवश्यकता):

Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks, or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point scale along with consistent good academic record.

Desirable Qualification (वांछनीय शैक्षिक आवश्यकता):

Master’s Degree with a degree in library science with 55% marks, or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC sevenpoint scale along with a consistently good academic record with a minimum 8 years’ experience, out of which at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity in the pay scale of PB-2, Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4600/- (pre-revised) in a Government, Semi Government, Financial / Commercial organization, reputed recognized University/ Technological Institution of national standing etc. or at an equivalent level in a reputed private organization. Computer literacy and ability to work independently will be preferred.

Pay( वेतन ): Pay Matrix Level-10  ₹ 56100– 177500 (7th CPC)
