Essential (अनिवार्य आवश्यकता):
(i) Masters in any discipline from a recognized University and B.Lib.Sc / B.LI.Sc with minimum 50% marks Or M.Lbi.Sc / M.LI.Sc. With minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.
(ii) 6 months course in Computer Applications/Computer Course at Graduate or Masters Level.

Desirable (वांछनीय आवश्यकता): Social Sciences background, knowledge of computerization Library software, digitalization, E-resources, E-databases, work experience etc.
